Cancellation Policy

At Bond & Bridge Culture, we understand that plans can change. Below is our official Cancellation Policy, which applies to all bookings for our programs and events. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to [Insert Contact Email].
📅 Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 30 days before the program start date:
→ Deposit is non-refundable, the remainder (if paid) will be refunded.14 to 30 days before the program start date:
→ 50% of the total program fee will be retained.Less than 14 days before the program start date:
→ 100% of the program fee is non-refundable.
Note: If full payment has not yet been made, you are still liable for the cancellation fees based on the total value of the booking.
2. No-Shows
If a client or participant does not attend the event without prior notice, the full fee is non-refundable, and no credit or transfer will be offered.
3. Changes or Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program in the event of:
Low enrollment
Force majeure (e.g. pandemic restrictions, weather events, political unrest)
Situations beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your booking to a future date or program.
We do not cover additional costs such as travel or accommodation booked independently.
4. Transfers and Substitutions
You may request to transfer your booking to another person (substitution) up to 7 days before the event, free of charge.
Transfers to a different date may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
5. Travel and Event Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel or event cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes, illness, or travel disruptions.
